Navigating on 3rd party websites

Type of 3^rd party websites:

The benefits platform holds access to different vendor websites.

Part of these websites can be accessed at any time, however they are not managed by Darwin:

• Pages for benefits that are not managed directly in Darwin, such as Discount webpages (located under the Home tab on your benefits account);
• Pages directly linked to provider accounts, such as Private Medical Insurance account (usually located under Quick Links);
• Pages directly linked to internal platforms used by your employer, such as HR internal platform, Holiday and Absence internal platform (usually located under Quick Links);
• Pages directly linked to provider websites that are available during a selection (example: a selection for Gym benefit, will start on the benefits platform, will continue on the provider’s site where the Gym option will be selected, and will be finished back on the benefits account where the cost of the option selected will be posted back in order to complete the benefit selection).

Troubleshooting steps for accessing 3^rd party websites:

• Preferably, se a computer/laptop (and not a mobile phone) while making the selection
• Preferably, use Google Chrome as your web browser
• Enable pop-ups from your Internet browser’s settings. If pop-ups are disabled, this setting will prevent the provider's website from opening
• If you still experience issues, clear the cache and cookies of the browser, via your web browser’s settings.
