To reset your password, please follow the steps below:
- On the Login page, please select the "Forgotten username and password" functionality.
- You will be required to enter the email address that is associated with your account.
- A temporary password will be emailed to you, and you will be required to create a new permanent password.
- For security reasons, the password must be at least 8 characters long and it should include at least one uppercase letter and at least one number or a symbol.
- It is advised that you try to login within 24 hours of receiving the ‘Password reset’ email, as your temporary password might expire.
You can also change your password at any time by logging to your benefits account and accessing the "Profile"/"Profile & Account Settings" section.

If you are still experiencing difficulties with logging in, please raise a request with the Help Desk team. For Single Sign On, please make sure you reach out to your internal IT/Service Desk team first and if further support is required, reach out to Help Desk.
