In the unfortunate case you missed a window of selection take into account the following:
- In case you did not manage to select a benefit during the reoccurring Monthly Window, you would simply need to wait until the benefit window will open again next month.
- In case you did not manage to select a benefit during a Lifestyle Event/Change in Circumstance window, you would need to go through another Change in circumstance/Life Event in order to be able to request a new window. Please refer to Allocating or Requesting a Life Event/Change in Circumstance selection window.
- In case you did not manage to select a benefit during the Annual Enrolment window you would need to wait until you qualify for a Lifestyle event/Change in circumstance window or wait for the next Annual Enrolment window.
Things to consider:
- Please take into account that Monthly Windows happen around the same dates.
- Annual window exceptions cannot be accommodated. The company is required to follow strict deadlines in order to conclude vendor and payroll reporting and to deliver benefits selected by the total employee population in a timely manner for the effective date of the Annual window. To ensure that the employees perform their selections, notifications are regularly sent. The Annual window is open for a longer period of time than the other windows in order for employees to have enough time to perform the selections.
