Please bear in mind that all policy documents are usually stored under an individual section of the Benefit Information page[OA1] .
If this is not available for you, please click on “Expand All”, or manually expand them, and look out for active hyperlinks, allowing you to download any relevant policy PDFs/brochures or forms.
The hyperlinks can look similar to the example displayed below:
If you cannot locate any policy documentation on the benefits platform, it means that we do not hold a copy of these in our records. In this case, you can either approach the provider of your benefit, or approach your employer for further support.
